Caring for your Silk Rose Petals

This is too easy!  Simply keep in the original package until ready to use.  Fluff with fingers, and you are ready to decorate.  Does it get any simpler than that?

Caring for your Freese Dried Rose Petals

Still easy!  Store your petals in the box they are shipped in.  Keep out of high heat and humidity.  A bedroom closet works very well, or under a stair well.  Any room that is enclosed and dark would be perfect.  Coklors can fade or turn creamy if exposed to light or humidity prior to use.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE DRIED PETALS!

You can soften your freeze dried petals prior to use by putting them in a bathroom while taking a steamy shower.  Do not put them in the water while taking a shower or bath, as they will absorb the water and will degrade to mush if left in too long.  We usually find it is not necessary to soften petals, as they look fabulous without this hassle.
